The PAR-1 incorporates a single 400V 470uF Capacitor and 12 layer 22 gauge coil. Intially it fired a 30mm round at 27m/s, projectile length was reduced to 25mm and velocity was increased to 29m/s resulting in a decrease in effeciency from 6.13% to 6%, an acceptable loss. The rifle also includes a targeting laser and LED flashlight, the switch is located near the gun's handle for easy Off/Laser/LED switching. It is without doubt the most efficient pulse accelerator known.
